Gentle Yoga for Real Bodies – Slow, supportive movement to help you feel safe in your own skin.
Therapeutic Dance & Movement – Let your body move the way it wants to. Shake it out, sway, or just breathe. No choreography, no judgment.
Workshops on Listening to Your Body – Learn simple ways to notice where you're holding stress and how to let it go.
Personalized Stress Map – Together, we identify where tension lives in your body (jaw, shoulders, belly, etc.) and create a simple plan to release it.
Collaboration with Other Practitioners – If you already have a therapist, doctor, or support person, we can work with them to support you better.
