Our Founder

Hi, I’m Tae.

I am an Ecosystem Architect, building healing-centered infrastructure for women, femmes, and LGBTQI+ communities in Jamaica. I transform ancestral wisdom and lived experience into practical systems—like my Tending Practice—that prevent burnout and cultivate sovereign joy. My work is the "operating system" for a more resilient world.

As a Health and Well-being Practitioner and cocoon-maker, I specialize in tending to the wholeness of women and femmes of colour. I reject health messaging rooted in systemic oppression, and instead, design refuges of safety and resources. I am the architect behind The Collective Asé, a social enterprise that acts as both a sanctuary and a system-builder for Jamaica's most marginalized groups.

My unique methodology—a blend of academic rigor in Psychology, deep cultural reverence, and a facilitator's heart—allows me to create what I call "healing infrastructure." This is the tangible, replicable framework of rituals, tools, and practices that allows communities to move from surviving to flourishing. My work isn't about offering a lifeline; it's about teaching a community to weave its own unbreakable rope.
